Renaissance Apartments is a multi-family community development located on the southeast side of Chicago, Illinois.
 
Comprised of six buildings and 117 units, we offer apartments or duplexes from one to four bedrooms..  We are a Tax Credit property with low-to-moderate rent programs.  Income restrictions are based on the household size.  Section-8 vouchers are also accepted.
